We used a name generator in order to gain a variety of potential names for our band. The array of ideas that sprung from this was an enjoyable and useful tool which allowed us to gain a better perspective of how we want our name to reach out to the alienated youth of society.
After receiving many ideas for our band, we ended up using 'The Roaches' as our band name and we got this idea from our classmates surname which is 'Roach'. We feel this name is similar in the likes of Papa Roach who is a heavy metal artist and has the aggressive feel to it which will appeal to the disengaged youth of society.
